Admission Procedure
Parents seeking admission for their children should first register the names of those children on the prescribed registration form available at the school, the registration form should be carefully filled in and signed by the parent/ guardian .
The following documents must be enclosed along with the registration form.
- Photostat copy of the birth certificate (Muncipality/Panchayath) (In the case of primary and other classes)
- Two passport size photos
- Original Transfer Certificate . If the student is being transferred from a school out kerala state the TC should be countersigned by the education Authorities of that outside state
- Progress report of the school last attended
- Original Birth certificate in the case of new entrants to the standard one
- Jeevan Jyothi Public School is a co-educational institution and admission is open to all good and earnest students with out distinction of caste and creed.
- Every candidate for admission must be introduced in person by parent or guardian who will stand responsible for his / her con-
duct, studies and fees. - A student can attend the school only after the formalities of
admissions are duly completed. - Students from other institutions will be admitted only after an
entrance test and they have to produce the Transfer certificate.
The decision of the principal will be final in matters regarding
tests and admission. - The bio-data of the students once recorded in the school regis-
ter cannot be altered. - Any student desiring to obtain transfer certificate shall apply to
the Principal at least two days in advance. Such notice is to be
given by the parent or guardian of the pupil. - T.C will not be issued till all the dues to the school are fully paid up.
